Contacting us up to the event..

Your etickets/confirmation will be sent to you in the post during week commencing the 15th DEC 2009 to arrive before Christmas.

If you have any questions relating to the event, please email us ASAP. However we will only be able to respond up to 5.00pm on Thursday 17th December 2009. Thereafter we cannot guarantee to return calls or emails until the 5th January 2010.

Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately. If you cancel 60 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel 60 to 30 days before the event there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event. A min of £5.00 admin fee per application may be charged for any cancellations.
