Contacting us up to the event..
Your tickets will be sent to you in the post during week commencing the 10th DEC 2007 to arrive before Christmas.
If you have any questions relating to the event, please contact us ASAP. However we will only be able to take calls up to 5.00pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2007. Thereafter we cannot guarantee to return calls.
Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately. If you cancel 60 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel 60 to 30 days before the event there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event. A min of £5.00 admin fee per application may be charged for any cancellations.
