CHRIS BARCLAY
As a space engineer by day, working on satellites, Chris has good understanding of processes, with a passion for Lindy Hop, Authentic Jazz, but with good technique, so whilst teaching you know you'll learn things at the right time, in order to progress at the right pace and you're gonna learn it thoroughly!
In addition to being though the extensive JiveSwing.Com Teacher Training Course(s), he has learnt from the best international Swing Dance teachers at GNSH and other major international Swing Dance Camps in the USA and Europe.
He teaches weekly Lindy Hop classes and workshops in Hertfordshire and Essex, but has also taught and performed for organisors across the UK, as part of the UK's latest Authentic Jazz dance group,'Swing Attack'
Regarding competition credits, Chris was a finalist in the Prague International Lindy Hop Competition 2009 and most recently competed in one of the worlds toughest competitions, the 'Hellzappopin Contest' 2009 held in New York.
