Harlem Nights is Watford’s very own monthly social swing dance night, held every 1st Saturday of the month. Social dancing is a great way to meet people from other classes and improve your dancing quickly, by dancing with other dancers. Harlem Nights generally attracts local dancers as well as those from other JiveSwing classes and further afield.

Whether you’ve just taken your first class or you’re a flash dancer, you’ll have a great time.

Dance Class:
We aim to provide a short dance class each month, primarily for those that have never dance or new to the area, so you have an opportunity to make new friends quickly. Unless stated otherwise, when provided, this class is complimentary and would normally start at approximately 8:15pm.

Bands & DJ Music:
We aim to treat you with a live swing band each month. In addition, we our main DJ, Michael ‘Green Lantern’ Proctor and guest DJ’s, keep the floor moving, with all your favourite tracks from the swing era. However, they are always keen to play special requests.
