Making your Booking
We have negotiated substantially reduced rates, when booked via JiveSwing.Com. Please tick the hotel option when booking. Single applicants can book a Twin hotel room to share, as we would happily find someone of the same sex, to share with you.

Availability of Rooms
We have a selection of rooms reserved for the event. Our allocation consists of newly refurbished rooms in the main building and comfortable rooms awaiting refurbishment in the building adjacent. We will allocate based on 1st come 1st served. Double rooms have 1 double bed. Twin rooms have 1 double and one single bed. We have a limited number of Single rooms at an extra cost, please call for availability and payment

Checking In and Out
For those that have booked accommodation, you can check in from 2:00pm on Friday 6th June. Check out at the Elizabeth hotel of 11.00am on Monday 9th June. Remember the event runs from Friday to Monday morning, so we recommend staying Sunday night, so you do not miss out on the Sunday night entertainment.
