Contacting us up to the event..

Your tickets will be sent to you via EMAIL, so please provide a valid email address.

If you have any questions relating to the event, please contact us ASAP. However we will only be able to take calls up to 5.00pm on Wednesday 4th June 2008. Thereafter we cannot guarantee to return calls or emails until the 11th June 2008.

Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately. If you cancel 60 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel 60 to 30 days before the event there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event. A min of £20.00 admin fee per application may be charged for any cancellations.
