ABOUT THE TEACHERS
JiveSwing.Com, was founded by Joseph Sewell back in 1996, via informal and small swing dance events, as a hobby in order to bring swing dancing to Hertfordshire, having taught for the UK's largest dance organisation since 1996..
Since then he has trained a number of teachers, to one of the highest international standards seen on the swing dance scene, whom he teaches and performs with on a daily and weekly basis, throughout hertfordshire & Essex.

All teachers are subjected to an extensive 2 - 3 year long teacher training programme, followed by further on-going training, so you can be assured of the highest standard of teaching, whichever JiveSwing class you choose.
In addition we also have 6 performance groups, ranging from amateur to proffesional, to cater for all types of events.
Teachers and performers are available for private, group classes, workshops, schools, performances, private parties, Weddings, hen and stag events, music videos, TV assignments and more.
