You can Book for WJMS 2007 using 2 methods:

- Online booking (as below) & pay with a credit/debit card
- Print application form and send us a cheque

Please complete this form to reserve your place at WJMS event. Once you've submitted this form you'll receive an e-mail confirming your booking details. You'll can then contact us to make payment over the phone by Credit/Debit card, a 6% processing charge will be added automatically to your bill. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. For any queries please call 01438 718 906.

Contacting us up to the event..

Your tickets and joining information will be sent to you in the post during week commencing the 28th May 2007.

If you have any questions relating to the event, please contact us ASAP. However we will only be able to take calls up to 5.00pm on Thursday 7th June 2007. Thereafter we cannot guarantee to return calls or emails until Monday 11th June 2007.

Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately. If you cancel 60 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel 60 to 30 days before the event there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event. In any case, a min of £15.00 admin fee per application may be charged for any cancellations. If you wish to transfer your ticket, this will need to be to someone of the same sex.
